Okay, so not only is this recipe low-carb, but it is also uber-delicious AND easy to make! I did use my brand-new KitchenAid mixer, which I adore. Oh, and sorry about the poor formatting below. I don't know how to fix it.
Hot Crab Casserole |
Ingredients:
Soften cream cheese. Beat with sour cream until very smooth. Add mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, seasonings and blend well. Fold in crab meat (be careful with this if you're using lump - you don't want to break up the lumps!). Place in a 2-1/2 qt. casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 350?F. Remove from oven and stir. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven for another 10 minutes. |
OK...it wasn't any of these recipes out here. This was a LONG time ago when you had the blog that had an orange or yellowish green background, and you had a good amount of recipes on there (including some brownies or cookies that you cooked up for Tavarius Jackson at one point). I know you've abandoned the BLOG...but those were some of the recipes I was talking about at our Norwalk HS Reunion this past weekend. Cheers to you, glad I got to meet Kevin, and hope to see you in the land of sky blue waters soon!! P.S. Mickey's not bleeding anymore. :D
